Fees

 

Fees are payable every half-term in advance to the Treasurer. However if this causes difficulties, e.g. a parent wishes to pay weekly, alternative arrangements can be made. The parent should speak to Stacey on an individual basis.

 

You will receive an invoice by email, detailing the amount payable within the first 2 weeks of each half term and a receipt will be issued once payment has been received.

 

Fees continue to be payable if a child is absent without notice or for a short time. In cases of prolonged absence, parents should consult the management/committee about fee payment. Each child’s attendance at the group is conditional upon continued payment of any necessary fees.

 

Fees are £16.00 per 3 hour session

 

Morning  and afternoon sessions on a Monday and Friday only

 

8.50am-11.50am and  12pm -3pm

 

Full days - 09.00- 15.00

 

Full days equate to 2 sessions payable.

We open at 8.30am for Breakfast club. Please speak to a member of staff for more information.
